Role description

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced energy industry leader to help shape and deliver a major strategic infrastructure programme. This is a high-impact role suited to a candidate with an advanced technical qualification and a proven track record of 15–20+ years within the energy sector, including significant experience in asset development, emerging energy technologies and the delivery of large-scale capital investment projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading complex energy infrastructure programmes, translating business strategy into technical execution and managing a broad range of stakeholders with competing priorities. They will possess strong commercial awareness, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels across an organisation. This strategic development programme is central to the organisation's long-term growth ambitions, providing access to new markets, strengthening supply resilience and creating a platform for future renewable and low-carbon energy solutions. The organisation is a leading provider of off-grid and alternative energy solutions with a long-established reputation for delivering energy products and services to both commercial and residential customers.
